WELCOME TO ALL ANIMAL LOVERS

WELCOME TO ALL ANIMAL LOVERS

With this Blog I hope to share what I believe to be good information concerning dogs. I am also passionate about promoting Animal Adoptions from Shelters/Rescue Centers. There are hundreds of thousands of great pets that are desperate for a new home. If not so many of these precious animals will be destroyed needlessly. If you are not able to adopt at this time, please donate to your local Shelter. At the moment I have been very busy trying to get a new website up and running, so unfortunately that is taking up alot of my time. I have been posting some of the Articles I have written, but that is about it. In the near future I will be posting more information. I am in the process of looking for good dog information sites to link on my website. If you happen to come across a great website, article, etc concerning dogs and would like a place to share them, please let me. I will post them on this Blog and try to do a link swap with the site. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks for visiting and Have A Great Day!!

Memory Foam Orthopedic Dog Beds They Are Not Just For Senior Pets

Orthopedic Dog Beds have been around for awhile. Most people think they are just a comfortable bed for their older pet, but that is not so. Our pets can have many different conditions where an orthopedic bed can provide a great comfort for them. Some of our pets have hip dysplasia, joint and bone problems, arthritis, recent surgery or injury. The list goes on. Orthopedic Dog Beds can be a great comfort for any animal with these conditions. Let me explain why. Most of our pets lay or sleep on a hard surface (floor, kennel, ground, or even a regular dog bed). Laying on a hard surface can make a painful condition even more painful for a pet with one of these conditions. Just by simply giving your pet an Orthopedic Dog Bed you can relieve the pain and stress on his joints, muscles, etc. that he is experiencing. These beds conform to your pets body and provide a cushion that relieves the stress on his joints and muscles. This gives your ailing pet a chance to be comfortable and get some needed rest while reducing his pain or discomfort.

It is also important to make sure that you have the proper size bed for your pet and a quality Orthopedic Dog Bed. There are some very good beds on the market today. The most popular seems to be the Memory Foam Orthopedic Dog Bed. It is basically like a memory foam mattress for people, and provides the comfort your pet will need. When choosing the proper size bed for your pet you should make sure your dog can lie down and stretch out completely. When he is all stretched out he should be completely on the bed and not hanging off of it.
The proper size is very important, so please make sure that you know what size he will need when you are purchasing your dogs new bed.

At Busters Canine Supply Outlet we offer Pet Dreams Memory Foam Orthopedic Dog Beds. These beds are wonderful for a pet with any of the conditions I have mentioned. They will provide your pet with the comfort that he needs. All of our beds will fit the Midwest Dog Crates and are easy to maintain. Just toss the covers in the washer and dryer. It's that simple. Crate Training Information and Products to Accomplish it Successfully

I am a big believer in Crate Training. Crate Training is a wonderful technique to use to housebreak your new puppy. The days of rubbing your poor puppy's nose in the accident he made on your carpet are hopefully long gone. Please don't use this method. It does not housebreak your pet!! Using the Crate method is easy for you as well as your pet. It also can create the den like atmosphere that your pet requires to feel safe and secure. A crate should be your pets sanctuary. It should never, never be used to punish your pet. Children should also be taught to respect your pets crate. Don't let your child play in the crate or bother the pet when he is in the crate. A crate is not meant to be a place to keep your pet in all day. As your puppy gets a bit older he needs to play and release some energy. A pet that is couped up all day will no doubt be a crazy, rambunctious menace when he is let out. He needs to release energy, so please don't keep him locked up all day. Play with them, love them, make them part of your family. If you don't, why did you get a pet in the first place? Right??

Crate Training is a great tool for raising your puppy into the well adjusted adult dog we all want, but he also needs to be taught manners and obedience as well. I don't want you to think all you have to do is buy a crate and presto you have a wonder dog! A puppy is a big commitment just like having a child. Remember depending on the breed, your dog will be with you 9 to 15 years. The more time and effort, love, and training you give your pet equals the better chance you will have a well adjusted great dog.

At Busters Canine Supply Outlet we have information on how to successfully Crate Train your pet. We have all the products to help you create the den like atmosphere he needs. The first item you will need is a good crate. We have many styles and many sizes of the Midwest Dog Crates. To create the den atmosphere for your pet we have Pet Dreams Cratewear Sets which fit all of our crate styles and sizes. (Set includes dog bed, bumper pad, and crate cover). You are probably thinking, why does my dog need a bumper pad? Many times puppies have gotten their legs caught or stuck in the slats of the crate. (Just like a baby in a crib) The puppy panics and ends up hurting himself. Why let that happen if we can prevent it. Really, that is all you will need to get started. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions please contact us. We would love to hear from you so come and visit us at: Busters Canine Supply Outlet
